Thank you for shopping with Favourite Decants. Please read our shipping and order policies carefully before placing an order.
Order Cutoff Time
The daily order cutoff time is 6:00 PM India Standard Time (IST).
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Handling & Packing Time
All orders require 1β2 working days for handling and packing before dispatch.
Shipping Charges
A standard shipping charge of βΉ100Β is applied to all orders.
In case of return/RTO of prepaid order βΉ200 (shipping fee+RTO fee) is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4β8 business days depending on your location, courier service availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistics delays.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
We do not accept cancellation requests after payment confirmation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address and order details are correct before completing checkout.
Refund Policy
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, the refund amount will be the order value minus the βΉ200 shipping charge.
The βΉ200 shipping fee is strictly non-refundable.
Return to Origin (RTO), Non-Acceptance or Missed Delivery
If a delivery fails due to refusal to accept the package, incorrect shipping address, customer unavailability, missed delivery attempts, or if the shipment is returned to origin by the courier, the βΉ200 shipping charge will not be refunded.
Additional charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be re-shipped.

By placing an order with Favourite Decants, you agree to our no cancellation policy and acknowledge that the βΉ200 shipping charge is non-refundable.
You also agree that shipping charges will not be refunded in cases of return to origin (RTO), non-acceptance, or failed delivery attempts.
