Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of fragrance products, decantifyme follows a strict no return policy. Once a product is delivered, it is not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect.
To be eligible for a replacement review, the item must remain unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered. It must also be in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. A clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package is mandatory for any damage or leakage claim.
If you receive a damaged, leaking or incorrect product, you must contact us at decantifyme@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this time may not be accepted. If a claim is approved for further inspection, you may be required to send the product to our address in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps. Items sent without prior email confirmation or without the required proof may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If the product is defective, leaking, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is required for damage or leakage claims. Without proper proof, claims may not be approved. All claims are reviewed and decided at our sole discretion.
Non Returnable Items
Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, all perfume decants are non returnable once delivered. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, dislike of fragrance, incorrect fragrance selection or personal preference. Fragrance performance and scent perception vary from person to person and therefore cannot be considered a product defect.
Shipping charges of βΉ100 are strictly non refundable under all circumstances.
Returns are also not accepted if the order is returned due to refusal of delivery, incorrect shipping address, customer unavailability or Return to Origin (RTO). In such cases the βΉ100 shipping charge will not be refunded and additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re shipped.
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved due to damage, leakage or an error from our side, we will arrange the replacement accordingly. In all other situations, customers must place a new order separately.
Refunds
Refunds are only approved in exceptional circumstances. Once your claim is reviewed, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. The βΉ100 shipping charge will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
